How to request a refund

Email contact@thedailyspa.com with your order number. We will confirm the return address and process your refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the item.

Pre-orders

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for an immediate full refund. Once your order has shipped, the standard 30-day guarantee applies from the day of delivery.

Faulty items

If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, we will replace it or refund you in full, including any return postage.
