How to request a refund

Email contact@thedailyspa.com with your order number. We will confirm the return address and process your refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the item.

Subscriptions

You can skip, pause or cancel your refill subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops all future charges; any order already placed is covered by the standard 30-day guarantee.

Faulty items

If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, we will replace it or refund you in full, including any return postage.
