The science of a softer shower
Tap water is treated with chlorine to keep it safe to drink — but what protects your drinking water can be unkind to skin and hair, stripping natural oils with every shower. Add trace rust from ageing pipework, and your daily ritual deserves a last line of defence.

Honest claims
What it does — and what it doesn't
What do you claim — and what don't you?
We say our filter helps reduce chlorine and captures visible rust particles, and that many people find their skin and hair feel softer as a result. We don't claim to treat any skin or scalp condition — it's water care, not medicine.
Why vitamin C?
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) reacts with free chlorine in water and neutralises it on contact — a method long used in Korean bath houses and professional dechlorination. It works at the moment the water passes through, exactly where you need it.
When should I replace the cartridge?
For a busy family of four, every 30–60 days; for smaller households, considerably longer. You'll see the media inside visibly compress and the scent fade — both are signs it has done its work. Subscribers receive a fresh one right on schedule.
Is the body really recyclable?
Yes — the shell is printed with "please recycle me" for a reason. Just rinse it and drop it in household recycling, no need to take it apart. One small loop, closed.
